| If at any time you decide to list with a full service agency, Homekeys will refer you to one of our Network Realtors or a Realtor of your choice. After closing, Homekeys will refund you up to 100% of the listing fee. |

Guidelines:
- You must let Homekeys know prior to any contact with or signing any listing with a referred agent.
- Referred agent must accept Homekeys referral.
